A business school graduate of St John’s University in New York City, John has lived in Florida for 30 years. Prior to real estate, John was an Art Auctioneer and segued his auction experience into real estate at the start of the US real estate housing bubble in 2006 when John was recruited by national real estate auction firm JP King of Gadsden Alabama. John assisted luxury homeowners, real estate developers, and banks throughout the Southeast by marketing and selling their distressed real estate assets at auction. When the market bottomed out and stabilized in 2012, John left the auction business and started purchasing REO residential real estate from banks, and single-family homes from distressed homeowners. John also manages the Acquisition and Disposition of rental properties for a mid-sized residential rental company that specializes in providing clean, professionally managed affordable housing. John enjoys helping people and families with personal or financial problems that need solutions to getting their homes sold quickly.
Additionally, John’s marketing company Patton Investment Properties is a leading real estate marketing company in Florida specializing in investment real estate with 10,000 daily subscribers receiving the latest wholesale real estate deals in Florida. John holds both an auction and real estate license with the State of Florida. He is a member of the Central Florida Real Estate Investor Association (CFRI) and the Miami Dade County Real Estate Investors Association (DREIA). Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing. Andrea worked previously for Amazon.com serving as a customer service representative, quality assurance representative and team manager. Andrea also worked in the United Arab Emirates for a startup online shopping store as account manager. Andrea’s responsibilities included creating company procedures,marketing, and training customer service agents. In 2014, Andrea worked as a short sale coordinator for Altisource,and then went on to utilize her skills in business administration in the real estate industry. Andrea’s skill set includes customer service, website administration, social media management, marketing coordination, transaction coordination and lead management.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurial Management. Sandra worked for many years as a customer service representative at a major call center for T-Mobile and AT&T respectively. Sandra is also multilingual and has worked as a professional English Language tutor for both Japanese and Korean business people.Sandra’s responsibilities include online marketing, inventory management, coordinating showing appointments, and customer relations. Sandra and her partner enjoy spending their quality free time with their son Lance at the beach. Sandra looks forward to assisting you with your real estate questions and needs!
